On August 6, 2025, the founder of LLC "DIMARION," Dmitrii Lebedev, a civil engineer, was awarded the badge “Honored Builder of Russia” by the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, Irek Fayzullin, together with the President of the Union of Builders of Russia, Vladimir Yakovlev, for his significant achievements in the construction sector of Russia.

This award is a major state and public recognition of Dmitrii Lebedev’s professional merits. His many years of experience in conducting engineering and geodetic, geological, environmental, and hydrometeorological surveys for industrial and civil construction; in designing mining and processing plants for gold and other minerals; in projects for engineering enterprises, building materials production, hydraulic facilities, water supply systems, land reclamation, and residential construction are invaluable in fostering cooperation between Russian and foreign partners in the construction sector, including design, construction, and supply of building materials.

In December 2025, LLC "Dimarion" is preparing its next business visits to the Sultanate of Oman and Saudi Arabia. These visits are dedicated to the preparation and organization of the 2026 exhibition of Russian goods in Oman, where LLC "Dimarion" serves as one of the event’s organizers.

Additionally, a business program is being developed as part of our consulting services for promoting products of Russian manufacturers — our partners — to the markets of the Middle East.

As part of this program, we will organize meetings between our partners and potential buyers and discuss terms for concluding business deals. This is preceded by extensive preparatory work on our part, but the results are always worth the effort.

Representatives of Dimarion LLC participated in the Russian Industrialist Forum 2025, which took place from October 29 to 31, 2025, in St. Petersburg.

During the forum, we held meetings with representatives of various manufacturing companies from different regions of Russia. The purpose of these meetings was to familiarize ourselves with the companies' products and to identify potential opportunities for exporting these products to the Middle East and Africa.

As a result of the discussions, follow-up meetings were scheduled with representatives of sales, marketing, and export departments of manufacturing companies interested in expanding their presence in foreign markets.

From October 19 to 24, 2025, DIMARION hosted in Moscow and St. Petersburg our esteemed partners from Oman as part of a return visit. During their stay, they familiarized themselves with the Russian goods market, including the medical sector.

We discussed promising directions for the supply of goods and services to Oman and organized meetings with suppliers of these products and services. At present, our Russian partners are preparing their commercial offers for the Omani market.

During the event, representatives of government authorities and major companies from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia presented development plans for economic diversification and large-scale real estate projects.
The parties discussed aspects of Russian companies entering the Saudi Arabian market, including business registration, certification, and taxation. Contacts were exchanged for further cooperation.
